Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in Swiss Francs.
Prices are inclusive of final cleaning and supply of bed linen and towels. 50% deposit is payable on confirmation of booking. The remaining balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. Payment is by cheque, internet transfer or cash.

Changeover day
Saturday check out 9am. Check in 4pm.

Accommodation

Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 with double bed.

Bedroom 2 with twin beds.

Bedroom 3 with twin beds.

Bedroom 4 with twin beds.

Single bed on mezzanine.

Bathrooms:

Large family bathroom with bath, shower, WC, washbasin and underfloor heating on lower ground floor.

Bathroom with walk in shower, WC, washbasin and underfloor heating on ground floor.

Kitchen:

Luxury fitted new kitchen, granite worktops, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob.

Utility Room:

Drying room and washing machine/tumble dryer located on the lower ground floor.

Living Rooms:

Large open plan living area with large stone fireplace and seating for 8-10 people. TV and DVD player.

Dining area – dining table which can be extended to accommodate 10 people.

Cleaning/towels/

linen/maid service:

The price is inclusive of final cleaning and supply of bed linen and towels.

 

Notes on accommodation
No smoking and no pets allowed.

Price includes heating, water and electricity.

Accessibility
There are 2 parking spaces situated 100m from the chalet entrance.

Outside
There is a large wrap around balcony and extended terrace with spectacular views and sunsets perfect for al fresco dining and BBQs or an après ski drink.
There is a grassed large garden to the west side and front of the chalet.

Travel
There are excellent travel links to Veysonnaz. Flights to Geneva, followed by a car journey of approx 1 hr 40. Train from Geneva airport to Sion 1 hr 40.
Flights to Sion are available during the winter season from Heathrow and Gatwick on a Saturday to Saturday basis.
Veysonnaz is a 15 minute taxi ride/drive from Sion
Flights to Milan. Train from Milan to Sion is approx 2 hours and 3.5 hours by car.
Use of car recommended to gain full benefit of the region.

Booking notes
Prices per chalet per week. A refundable deposit of SFR 200 is payable on arrival to management company. 50% payable of confirmation of booking, remaining 50% payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. Payable by cash or cheque. Obligatory extra charges: tourist taxes of SFR2 per person per night payable on arrival.
